Find out moreWhat is a Retrofit Assessment?
The introduction of the PAS 2035 standards framework has led to a whole house approach when upgrading the energy measures of a property. This is in line with the government’s pledge to achieve net zero by 2050.
Our national panel of Trustmark accredited assessors collect important information on a property using industry leading software designed by Core Logic.
This data is then shared with a Retrofit Coordinator and installer to create an installation design and improvement plan unique to each individual property.
WHAT DOES A RETROFIT ASSESSMENT INVOLVE?
Our team of professional assessors will spend around 90 minutes in a property. They will collect data and take photographs which are then submitted to the Retrofit Coordinator and Installer. The assessor will look at the age and type of property construction, identify the current energy measures installed in the property, as well as whether there is appropriate ventilation.
Once all the evidence has been collected and inputted into the software, relevant recommendations will be made for the property. Our assessors have also completed the NOCN_C Skills Award in Energy Efficiency Measures for Older and Traditional Buildings.
